I love Chinese food just as much as the next poor sucker, but there's something about spring rolls that get me thinking. They look great in presentation, very pleasing to the eye and deep friend on top of all that. However, this is where they take a turn for the worse.....it's always a surprise as to what your gonna get on the inside. Sounds kinda like a shady relationship if you ask me.
